In this broadcast of Liberty Under Attack Radio, we were joined by the anarchist lawyer, Randy England.
We began with a discussion on his path to anarchism, his precarious position of being an anarchist and a lawyer, and Catholicism’s capability with libertarianism.
We continued the discussion by getting his thoughts on Kevin “KC” Massey’s case, the “sovereign citizen” ideology and his experiences with it.
We concluded the show by getting his thoughts on the Administrative Procedures Act of 1946, the ramifications of said fourth branch of government, as well as his recommendations for keeping people out of the government dungeons.
