Steven & Dwight Hammond
Steven (son) and Dwight Hammond (father) are Oregonian ranchers who were convicted of violating Title 18 U.S.C § 844(f)(1). They have each served several months in prison already, but due to an appellate ruling on February 7th, 2014, the father and son have been forced to return to prison, to fulfill the minimum sentencing requirements. As of January 4th, 2016, they have reported to prison and are expected to be released sometime in 2020.
