Cliven Bundy/Bundy Standoff

Ryan Bundy, Ammon Bundy, Ryan Payne, and Peter Santilli were arrested for their involvement with the Citizens for Constitutional Freedom occupation of the Malheur Wildlife Refuge. Those four were charged with violating 18 USC § 372 in regards to the occupation, but they have been named on an indictment with Cliven Bundy for the events that transpired during the 2014 Bundy Ranch Standoff. They have all been indicted for violating 18 USC §§ 2, 111(a)(1) and (b), 115(a)(1)(B), 371, 372, 924(c) 1503, 1951, and 1952. They will be transferred to Nevada for those charges and their cases are still being adjudicated.
For the sake of clarity, documents including all of the above will be named “United States v. Cliven Bundy et al.”
