Title 18, United States Code, Section 1956(a)(l)(B)(i) — conspiracy to commit money laundering; Title 18, United States Code, Section 1343 — wire fraud; Title 18, United States Code, Section 1030 — computer fraud and abuse act; and Title 18, United States Code, Sections 1960(b )(1 )(B) and (b )(1 )(C) — operating unlicensed money transmitting business.
LATEST UPDATE (5/13/24): SW First Appearance Pushed Back to May 28.
RECENT UPDATE (4/29/24): SW Pleads Not Guilty, Released on $1M Bond — will remain on house arrest in PA until trial.
